- The math test will be on Tuesday. Please review lessons 66-70 for the test.
- We will be starting a new story in reading, "The Great Kapok Tree." Read and practice the story nightly and study the vocabulary words. The words are located on the back of the Family Times sheet that will be coming home on Monday.
- Our new spelling lesson will be on possessives this week. Take the time to study them and know the difference between the singular and plural possessives. These words are also on the back of the Family Times sheet.
- Grammar will be on irregular verbs this week. It is important to study the words we work on in school and the words in the homework this week.
- There will be a test on vocabulary olympics words # 35-52. The test will be Friday.
**Students need to practice addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts nightly to help them become faster at solving the problems. We review them daily and the students are tested after every 5 lessons in math.
