November 12-November 16

**Please remember to bring in your items for the Hurricane Sandy victims.  The list of supplies needed are located on the NS website.  All items are due by Friday the 16th.

Assignments for the week:

• We are studying possessive nouns.  Complete the practice book pages that are assigned during the week.  The test on these will be on Friday.
• In reading we will be completing the story Grace and the Time Machine.  Study the scavenger hunt for the test on Wednesday.  We will start a new story on Thursday, Marvin of the Great North Woods. 
• In science, we will be studying the skeletal system.
• In Math, we are completing lessons nightly.  Test Friday.
• Complete the spelling pages nightly.  Pre-test on Thursday and the final test on Friday.
• Vocabulary Olympics test on Friday on #1-17.
• In social studies, we will be given directions on how to complete a Native American dwelling project.  They are due on November 30th.
